What We Don’t Collect

ImageSmasher does NOT collect:

• Your images or any files you process
• Your name, email, or personal information
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Crash reports (unless you manually send them)
• Browsing history or behavior tracking

What We Do Collect

License Validation: When you purchase and activate ImageSmasher Pro, we verify your license key. This requires a one-time internet connection to our license server. We store:

• Your license key
• Purchase date
• Number of activations

That’s it. No personal information is required to use the software.

Website Data

When you visit imagesmasher.com, our hosting provider (Hostinger) may collect standard server logs including:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Pages visited
• Time and date of visit

This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Purchases

Purchases are processed through WooCommerce and secure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number. Payment processors handle all sensitive financial data according to their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for basic functionality (shopping cart, login sessions). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

ImageSmasher (the desktop application) does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or cloud storage providers. It’s fully self-contained.

• WooCommerce (e-commerce)
• Stripe/PayPal (payment processing)

Data Retention

License records are retained for the lifetime of your license to enable support and re-downloads. You may request deletion of your purchase records by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

ImageSmasher is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
